01.
Planning
Every project starts with product selection and specification. Once we gather details about your brand identity, technical requirements, expected quantities, and delivery time, we provide a purchase price. After confirmation, we schedule a kick-off meeting.
02.
Development
You have a clear direction, but the product may still require improvements. During development, it undergoes extensive testing, including software validation. Design adjustments are still possible at this stage.
03.
Evaluation
Quality checks are completed, with hardware and software fully approved. A golden sample is prepared, followed by contract confirmation.
04.
Production
After approval of the golden sample, we begin pilot production. First, 200 units are assembled and inspected. If no issues are found, we move forward with full production, where 50 units are randomly tested. If results meet the standards, the shipment is released for delivery.
05.
Control
The shipment arrives at the customer’s destination. For the first delivery, inbound inspection is carried out together with the customer and a HolubTek representative. Your product is now ready to hit the market!
